Note: The cacao powder we use is sourced from regenerative agriculture farms in Sierra Leone, where our purchases of this cacao support cacao farmer co-ops, farmer field schools, and fair labor practices. It is non-alkalized and roasted at low temperatures for optimal nutrient preservation. It's also the most delicious cacao powder we could find (and we tried them all).
