Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. This candidate will be the first salesperson on the team and will work directly with the company's founders and directors. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base both in-person and online. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for health and wellness, excellent communication skills, and strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through various channels, including online platforms, local markets, and events.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide marketing and product development feedback to align offerings with market demands.

Customer Engagement:

Engage with potential customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, emails, and social media.

Educate customers about the benefits and features of Shonai Special Energy Bars.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, performance analysis, and market insights.
  • Set up a sales CRM with the company’s director
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions using the company’s CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local market in the Shonai region.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and sustainable living.
  • Fluent in Japanese; proficiency in English is a plus.
